Host

My name is Erica, and I’m a full time Industrial Manufacturing Engineer, wife and boy mom.  Since I obviously have a lot of free time, I decided to add podcast host to the list! That last sentence might have been a stretch, but in all honesty, I’m excited to share my true crime obsession with anyone willing to give this podcast a listen.

My journey to starting this podcast began early.  With future aspirations not quite on par with other kids my age, by 10 years old I dreamed of being a lawyer, just like Ben Matlock and my hero, Abraham Lincoln.  While other kids were planning their future as an athlete or singer, I was staging mock trials with my stuffed animals and Barbie dolls.  While my career path ultimately took a different turn, my passion for true crime and truth has held steady and only matured with age.

I have 10 tattoos (for now), my first was a birthday present from my parents on my 18^th birthday – so yeah, they’re pretty cool. I rode on the back of my first Harley at 7, and eventually I got my own motorcycle license.  My musical taste leans towards classic rock and alternative. I enjoy crafting, reading, and continually learning and growing.

I am fascinated by what makes people tick, including myself, especially as I view myself as a mass of contradictions.  One thing I know is that I am a true introvert, so here’s to kissing that comfort zone good-bye.
